- Add sliced onion in a bowl and add salt, mix it well and keep it aside for min.15 min
- Grind garlic, cumin seed, carom seed and add that paste to the sliced onion.
- Add coriander, red chili powder, turmeric powder and mix it well
- Add graham flour and mix it well, add little by little water and mix it well, then add corn starch and baking soda and mix it well.
- When the oil is hot add this in oil and fry all the pakoda very nicely.
- For making chutney Add chopped onion in a bowl, add red chili powder and turmeric mix it well then add the boiling hot oil from frying pan mix it well.
- Serve hot Onion pakoda with Spicy chutney and hot Masala Tea.
