  1. Take a pan and heat 1tbs oil in it. Then put ginger paste, green chillies and palak. Stir it till palak will cook properly.
  2. Bring this to room temperature and make a fine paste.
  3. Take another bowl. Add boiled potatoes and smash it, salt, garam masala, cumin seed powder, chat masala, pepper powder, 1/2cup breadcrumbs, Graham flour and give it a nice mix. Keep it in fridge for 30 min.
  4. Then prepare a batter of all purpose flour, cornflour, salt and water. This should not be very thick or thin.
  5. After 30 min take the dough out of the fridge and prepare small ball and mean while we will heat the oil on a pan.
  6. Dip the prepared ball in the prepared batter then coat with breadcrumbs and put in hot oil for shallow fry.
  7. After shallow frying from both the side palak kababs are ready.
