Steps to make Palak kabab:
- Take a pan and heat 1tbs oil in it. Then put ginger paste, green chillies and palak. Stir it till palak will cook properly.
- Bring this to room temperature and make a fine paste.
- Take another bowl. Add boiled potatoes and smash it, salt, garam masala, cumin seed powder, chat masala, pepper powder, 1/2cup breadcrumbs, Graham flour and give it a nice mix. Keep it in fridge for 30 min.
- Then prepare a batter of all purpose flour, cornflour, salt and water. This should not be very thick or thin.
- After 30 min take the dough out of the fridge and prepare small ball and mean while we will heat the oil on a pan.
- Dip the prepared ball in the prepared batter then coat with breadcrumbs and put in hot oil for shallow fry.
- After shallow frying from both the side palak kababs are ready.
