  3. Add in the spices and keep stirring for around 3 mins then add rice and meat. Stir and mix well then add boiled water. Cover and let it cook until done.
  4. Mean while make kachumbari by chopping tomatoes, onions and capsicum. You can add some carrots as well(optional). Slice the bananas. Arrange nicely.
  5. Serve when ready.
