We just got back from Los Angeles. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Add the beef, beef broth and bay leaves.

Steps to make Beef stew:
  1. Wash and cut the meat in pieces and bring to boil.
  2. Chop onions, capsicum and coriander. Dice carrot or you can grate. Grate the frozen tomatoes.
  3. When the water in meat dries up. Add oil, ginger and garlic paste followed by onions. Let them saute to a sweet aroma then add tomatoes, stir well and add spices and salt. Stir and let simmer for 2min.
  4. Add in carrots and capsicum 5min before switching off the heat. Let cook, add coriander and turn off the heat.
  5. Serve and bring the appetite on the table.

Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Add the beef, beef broth and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a slow simmer. Add beef back to dutch oven then add broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer.
