Steps to make Cheesecake:
  1. Bottom- Place the oven sheet in a cake pan(to make it easier to take the cake out). put graham crackers and melted butter in a plastic bag and crash them. Pour it in a cake pan and refrigerate. (Picture shown)
  2. Mix gelatin and water in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 15~20 sec and mix.
  3. Mix all the cheesecake batter ingredients in a blender, including the gelatin and water mixture(step 2).
  4. Shift the batter once and pour it into a cake pan(step 1). Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
