  20. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and coriander powder
  21. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  22. Get 1 spoon kitchen king masala

Add the spice powders and mix well. Stir in the prepared onion and chili paste. Stir in the vegetables, aside from the paneer. Lower the flame and allow the vegetables to cook for five minutes.

  1. First step grind all the ingredients in to thick paste adding beetroot gives it red colour no need to add artificial colours
  2. Second step cut all the vegetables
  3. Third step add oil in pan….add aesofotedia and mustard and jeera seeds add vegetables and cook till it gets soft
  4. Add grinded gravy and all masalas till it leaves oil
  5. Now add salt and water and cook
  6. Add paneer and cook for another 10 minutes
  7. Ready to serve…Garnish with coriander leaves

Generally, in restaurants, Veg Handi is served in round shape Pot, which is called as "Handi." Though I didn't have it to serve, so I served it in a serving bowl.
