- Step 3: Sugar 1 +1/4 cups - Grease frying pan with cooking oil, add & spread sugar evenly and cook on very low flame for 12-15 minutes or until caramelized. Stir continuously with rubber spatula or else the sugar will burn. - Quickly transfer sugar into the hot milk. Add bread crumbs and dry milk also (add slowly and keep stirring avoid to make lumps). - Cook on slow flame stir continuously.
- Be careful !!! - ❌ DO NOT BURN SUGAR OR OVERCOOKED CAN CAUSE A KHEER TO BE RUINED.
- ✅ COOK SUGAR ON LOW FLAME UNTIL IT CHANGE GOLDEN COLOUR THEN TRANSFER IT INTO MILK POT IMMEDIATELY
- Step 4: - Add pistachio and almonds as required. Adjust sugar if needed. Cook until the consistency is creamy, not too thick as it will turn more thicker when temp cools. - Switch off the flame. Add lil kewra water. - Garnish with nuts. Chill and serve.
