- To sufficient water add salt oil and whole spices once water starts boiling add rice cook till 95 percent done then strain the rice set it aside
- Heat oil in a vessel add whole spices and onions once they brown add ginger garlic and chicken sautey 3 to 4 minutes on high heat
- Add tomatoes yoghurt red chilli,coriander, cumin, turmeric, salt and whole green chillies mix well boil and simmer till chicken is tender (100 percent cooked)
- For assembling biryani put some oil from chicken gravy at the bottom then add rice spread ghee 1 tbsp milk 2 tbsp biryani masala a pinch, chopped coriander mint leaves food colour fried potato and kewra essence
- Add chicken with little gravy and oil spread the add rice again garnish with ghee milk food colour kewra coriander,mint leaves biryani masala again add chicken with gravy and oil again rice the garnish prepare 3 layers for 500 grams rice
- Cover vessel tightly heat on high flame for 5 minutes then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes till fumes start coming out steamed well off gas wait 10 minutes then open and serve
