  3. In a kadai, put white oil. Once hot, add hing n pour the peas paste. Keep mixing. It should not stick to the kadai, or else it will burn. On cooking, the paste will tighten n the colour will change to dark green. Add salt to taste n roasted jeera powder. Keep mixing.
  4. Once the mixture is cooked, it will start coming out of the kadai, it will become like a dough. Add little sugar, mix well n take out of kada n keep aside for some time. The stuffing is ready.
  5. Fill it in the dough and roll it.deep fry in oil serve hot.
