- Place small pressure pan pour some oil and add onions then ginger garlic paste
- Then add peas and 1 small potato cut into small cubes then add the masala powders
- And pour 1 small glass of water and cook it
- Then add the coconut milk which is grinder with some cashews then allow it to boil for 6 mins then garnish it with some coriander leaves

Now add the finely chopped onions and saute till it turn golden brown then ginger&garlic paste and fry it. I tried you peas egg kuruma at my husband's house….let me tell you…it turned out sooo well that i was appreciated by each and everyone over there… But still i didnt tell the place where I got the recipe from. While cooking/pressure cooking cauliflower and peas, make sure its only half cooked else it will turn mushy while it gets boiled with the kurma.
