- Take pigeonpea paste add corriandar leaves,wheat flour,jowar flour,gingerchilly paste.
- Now add chat masala, pepper powder,sugar,salt, turmeric powder,til,fresh cream,hing,oil and mix make dough no need to add water (if needed then add).
- Now make balls and press it with palm to give wadi shape.
- Heat steamer and steam for 5,7min.
- Take out let them cool and deep fry to golden.serve with ketchup or sweet chetney.
