When golden, add the garlic and cook it for a minute. They end up so much lighter and moist than baked potatoes in the oven. Cut potatoes into wedges by slicing into quarters. Sprinkle with herbs, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Combine mayonnaise and milk until smooth; pour over bacon.
