- Get Baking flour
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions to make Honey cupcakes:
- Collect your ingredients. Lace your moulds with the butter, pre heat your oven at 180°c.
- Melt your butter and beat together with the sugar till light.
- Add the eggs one by one and beat to mix. Add the honey and beat together.
- Pour in the flour and baking powder and mix lightly. Add the ginger and lemon juice and mix the ingredients to a light mix.
- Pour the mix into the mould then put into your oven to bake for 20-25 minutes. Ensure soft and dried and golden when the timer is up using a toothpick to check. Remove and place on a tray to cool.
- If you have icing sugar, prepare the icing mix; honey+icing sugar+ brown sugar beat together then pour on top of the cupcakes then let cool. If you don't have icing like I didn't I made my topping with just honey and fine sugar. Enjoy your snack😋😋😜
