Steps to make Tricolour Cupcakes:
- Mix all the dry ingredients I.e all-purpose flour, powdered sugar,baking powder and baking soda and sieve them.
- Now to the dry ingredients add the wet ingredients I.e oil and milk and mix well and prepare a batter.
- Now to this batter add vinegar and mix well.
- Now, divide the batter in 3 equal portions.
- Keep one portion white and to other two add a few drops of orange and green food colour.
- Now let's assemble the cupcakes.
- Line the cupcake molds with cupcake liners.
- Now at the base of all the cupcakes liners put the green batter.
- Tap it twice to remove the bubbles.
- Next put the layer of white batter, spread it properly over the green batter. Tap twice.
- Next put the Saffron batter.Spread properly over white batter. Tap twice.
- Keep it for baking at 180 deg from 15- 18 mins..
- Now cupcakes are ready to be served.
