Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix together. Pour ¾ of the milk mixture into the dry ingredients & mix on low speed, then mix on a medium speed until smooth and thick. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases until ½ full. Instructions to make Strawberry Vanilla Cupcakes:
- Take milk and add vinegar in it. Keep aside for 10 mins.
- In a bowl add butter, oil and sugar. Mix until sugar dissolves and mix is light and fluffy.
- Then add condensed milk and mix again.
- Add 1 tsp Vanilla Extract / essence.
- Now add milk mixture and mix.
- Sift all dry ingredients in that bowl and mix to form batter. Do not overmix.
- Line cupcake mould and fill 3/4 with batter.
- Bake these cupcakes at 180 degrees celcius in preheated oven for 18 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
- Whipp non diary whipping cream and add approx 1/4 cup strawberry juice in it and some pink colour and mix properly.
- In cupcakes make hole at center and fill with strawberry jam and again cover with cake.
- Decorate as per your choice with prepared whipped cream.
