- Beat in your eggs one after another for about 5 minutes

- Gradually alternatively add in your flour mixture and butter milk in three addition i.e you pour one third of the flour and then one third of milk and beat.Repeat this process three times.With this you get a very smooth batter without lumps

- Set your tray at the middle rack of your oven
- Bake @ 230 for 15 to 20 mins depending on your oven temperature
